Really good! What is low-end retention like?
Honestly.

That's a fairly bold statement. My pedal of the year

HappilyThat's a fairly bold statement.
If I buy one and don't like it, are you willing to be at fault?

Yeh the BB is a GREAT TS (I don't like using the word clone) alternative, with absolutely no low end loss whatsoever, in fact it's quite the opposite!!
The Joyo Green thang does indeed sound great in the demo vid but in the real world I think I'll lean forward for a BB all things considered![]()
I think although the BB is a good pedal, it's tonally opposite Darkglass. Rusty Box, Oxford, those are similar(haven't tried the Joyo, but the controls are different from an Oxford). By the time you buy anything but the Joyo, you will be at least halfway from owning a B3K.
Tubescreamer-type od is midrange heavy, and gets muddier than the high, hi-mid grind of a B3K.
You want metallic, edgy, grindy. Clang. Not SVT anything, or tubescreamer.
Oh yes, there's a metallic grind alright !I haven't tried the orange juice pedal myself, but I am thinking of getting one. I would of thought that the orange juice controls would be similar to the tech 21 oxford. I would assume that the voice control would be like the character control. even though on the youtube clip it does sound like it gets brighter when the voice control turns up. whatever the case, I still plan on getting one. I really dig the metallic grind from that pedal.

Seriously considering a couple more Ironman series Joyo's... the space reverb sounded pretty damn good on that yt video and I'm intrigued by the other amp sim pedals, the Boogie master to name but one lol
Just build a Guma Drive pedal. I can't compare with B3K directly as I haven't one around, but I'll upload a video when possible.

Source Audio After Shock. Does that and much more.
My experimenting with it was such that while I didn't think it did a perfect impression, it was close enough for that to be a reasonable answer.
Directly to the brand:COOL! Where did you buy the kit from? Musikding does not have enclosures like that I think.

Write him directly, he's very "effective".COOL. Last time I checked, he did not have kits. I am definitely interested in the Pumpercickel now.
