Good point. In both cases though, changing the system that way will only be more productive if there is a willingness in the student/criminal to change. So the system is only as effective as the person it is trying to work with.

Pretty much guilty ? Oh, there is the formality of the whole court thing. Bring on the Muppet and the dynamite, by all means! I agree that he shouldn't have been shot after the fact, what would be the point? As long as he can be taken without harm to the police or others.

Recently looking at the Bring a Fictional Character to Life... I wouldnt mind throwing the murderer in with Heath's portrayal of The Joker. That, or the Scarecrow character. Then put him in a meat grinder.
