+1 for stewmac. (also great for anything else you might need to build/fix up a bass)

pretty much exact fit; the 3-ply is of great quality.
has some shielding tape(?) underneath where it covers the pots too.

got a black pg for my midnight wine P.. really makes it work.

Just be careful, too many bad makers out their. ive have alot of trouble with this topic.
Remember Drill holes. Knob positions and pick up positions.
Better off buying a genuine Fender pickguard. IMO

I've been really satisfied with the pickguards that I've ordered from Warmoth. They are of great quality and can be ordered stock or without control holes and in different plys. They also have a very nice selection of materials including the classic celluloid type.
