Buy Pickguards

I hate to post this, as I know it has been covered, but Search is giving me too many results, and none of them are useful. Maybe we could sticky this?

Where are some places to buy Fender P pickguards online? I'm looking for a tort for an MIA.

I looked at a lot of online custom pickguard sites for my Fender MIA Dlx Jazz 5er and I found that I saved about 40% buy buying on evilbay. It might be worth checking out. Also a lot of 'like new' second hand ones come up in the classifieds here regularly at low prices.

I have not seen this online store mentioned but I bought the brown tort pickguard for my MIA P bass from Stewart-Macdonald. http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Pickguards/Bass:_Pickguards/P-Bass_Pickguards.html Very good quality and it fit like a glove.

I've been checking around for pickguards for my jazzes and how do I know if I have the 70's pickup pattern? I thought this was only for the bridge pickup anyway.

The application would be for a 2006 Highway-1 and 2006 Squier VM Modified 70's jazz. I'm assuming the 70's pickup pattern since both basses tout the 70's styling.

You can make a tracing of your current one and send it to WD and they will make one from your tracing. They've made several for me that way. It does cost a little more though.

Rather than an actual tracing, I put one on a copy machine and made a copy of it. The holes show perfectly; and WD cut the tort one that I ordered perfectly.
