Does anyone know where I could find a score for the recording of Bye Bye Blackbird on John Clayton's Super Bass album? I know it was live, so there may not be one at all... But if anyone has any ideas, I need it for a school project!

I think you have answered your own question - this was a live, improvised performance and there wouldn't have been any score for this tune, which is a very well-known standard and any Jazz pro would know the chords and the melody to this and have them memorised.

If you want to find the chords and melody - it's in many Real Books or Fake Books and I'm sure you could find this online. I did a quick google search and many lead sheets appeared - this was the first :

I'm pretty Clayton would tell you to transcribe it, without any software aids. Just listen and play what you hear on the bass.

that score is right, but add
    Gm7 C7 I Fmaj in bar 2,3
    Am7 in bar 4
    D7 I Gm7 bar 10, 11
    and bar 17 - 20 should be
    F7 I E7 I Eb7 I D7

    and your home!
    Happy holidays!
