If you are willing to build an transport such a super cab. Forget about it.

Get the two 15's (or better yet 2 other 15's that are selected for the specific job). Make yourself either one or two massive folded horn subwoofers. (Size actually does matter). Use your current power amp and run each side (not bridged) into each of these speakers.

Stick your 4 by 10 cabinet on top. Get a (maybe smaller) power amp to run it. Run a crossover and send the lows to the subwoofer. Possibly run a bit of dirt into the top box (with clean lows).

Basically this, it would be no small feat of engineering to reproduce 20hz with any sensitivity. Those folded horns would have to be massive too. Like dwarfing an 810 massive. I'm certainly not your mother, I won't stop you, but better ideas have been had.

The OP is already talking about a monster 2x15 + 4x10 (bigger than an 810). 2 huge single 15" folded horns would be easier to transport.

Aren't the bfm horn sub's bigger than an 810?

This one has 90 db at 20 hz something like -15db, and at 60"*30"*30*, I'd say it dwarfs an 810, maybe not as big as this guys proposed 410/215, but it's darn close, and it does -15db At 20hz. It'd be easier to move, but serious overkill.

Edit: you're right about schlepping though, it'd be easier to leave them all as individual, manageable parts rather than a mega cabinet with 100 pounds of drivers in it alone.

I have a little experience with it. Not the same size as the Tuba 60's but a pair of single 15" folded horns of around 1000x1000x800mm On wheels. Surprisingly easy to move around. No way that they would reach 20hz though.
