Double Bass Cabinets for an outdoor show?

The toughest part of upright into an amp large enough to carry an outdoor venue will be feedback. You will be much better off letting the front positioned PA handle the audience, and you just worry about your personal monitor.
...or pick up a mag pickup. IME at loud outdoor shows without PA support, the blessed lack of feedback from the mag (mine is a Pierre Josephs) is worth the significant compromise in tone. At that volume it matters less to me anyway - survival is paramount.4 YMMV.

If you can find a pair of DB112’s I think they’re solid as a rock and look & sound great, especially doubled up! A little heavy by modern stds but maybe you don’t care - works to your financial advantage actually.
