Probably about another 6lbs. The wood I used for the frame was some cheap plywood that weighs hardly anything. Still the whole amp+bag is lighter than my old iAmp 800 without a case.

So, they are just as big as the little ventillation holes on the side of your LMII, or LMK. It's nicely stitched around.
The only thing I dislike is the inside material, which is a shiny stuff, which falls off, and covers everything. Maybe in a disco it makes the amp more cool looking, but I'm afraid this going into the amp, so I clean the amp inside with compressed air sometimes.

Cool. I'm still digging mine in a variety of different music types. I've recorded practice a few times and run a line from the DI and really like what I hear with my Dingwall. No EQ needed on mixdown with the amp set as I like it.

I've been using it with the Berg and Schroeder 1212, and it's really a room filler of a rig. Even my NeoLuddite tube-O-phile guitar player thinks it sounds great.

I'm gonna have to try a guitar into it...I bet my '64' Tele will sound amazing...

I'm gonna look around local. I'll go with the Gig Skinz bag if I can't find anything. (if I keep it)

Vic, thanks for responding with the answers that I should have researched before brain storming, I figured you figured it out first off, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

At any rate, I'm happy to have the little bugger for exactly what it is... a small inexpensive cool loud little amp. I'm sure you are too. I do wish I could do other stuff with it too though. Anyway enjoy.

No sweat! I appreciate the ideas, tho, and I haven't given up yet on trying to find a sensible way to do what I want (which again, admittedly, is a bit odd, and not what I need to do for most gigs).

All in all, they're not huge problems, and like you, I really do like it a lot for what it is, and will very likely keep it. The next gig will tell for sure if it passes muster.

Just wish I could hear it through an NV215, that's all... ;)

Vic ... I **** you not... that little amp really is impressive with my NV215 .... I keep telling myself not to sell it ... :rolleyes:

There was another post ... maybe on this thread .. where one of our TB Brothers uses his LMII/NV610 and said it was 'whoopin' :cool:

That gear 'mojo' thing is so real. My TF sounds pretty darn good with any cab I plug it into but frankly one of my least favorites is the NV cabs. Seems like Bergantino and LMII have the MO in the JO.

Yeah, the TFB is definitely a cab chameleon more than most amps, but I can also hear in my LMII that it might pair even better with some cabs... like that NV215... dude, don't sell it! :D

So people thinking this is a GC purchase can let that go.

Price changing after the deposit has happened on other products here on TB. I can't see where that would be ethical. Maybe someone can explain it?

If I put a deposit on something at an agreed to price, that's the price I'm paying. Period. The vendor should know what his pricing is at the time of deposit and order it immediately at that price. If they fail to get the order in in a timely fashion that's not my problem.

I put my LMII as a slave amp into a AC215 (Acoustic 2x15:smug: ) and it performs beautifully. My pre is set just before/or as the blue light starts blinking and the master is at about 12:45. Add in a very little VPF and my bottom is well taken care of. I'm sure the NV215 would sound even better.

Well picked up my SA450 from Dave. Brilliant amp. I'm still dailing though, alot more options than i'm used to for sound. Found a bunch I like, but none that's gonna be the final yet. Only a few minutes tried. The issue with the pricing thing was a distribution and manufacturer thing. I got the SA450 at the old price, which is now cheaper than the new stock LM2s coming in from Italy. The distributor had absorbed the price change initially, then changed it to the new price on may 1 for the new shipment. Dave didn't realize till he'd already ordered them. No biggie. Daves a great guy, I just never planned to spend that much money.:crying:
Being able to carry this amp over my head makes it worth it though. I wasnt destined to get an LM2, but I'll love my SA450. Now to sell the Kustom.......
