Might be a good idea to just contact every GC via phone and ask if they have the bass in stock. It would save a ton of gas 
I'm almost positive I saw one in OKC yesterday. I'll try and go by tomorrow at lunch and check it out.
Out of curiosity, who are the "we" in this request? And why exactly are you doing this?
I don't recall seeing one in the Tukwila, WA store. I was just there twice too, fondling lots of basses.

These were "doorbuster" specials for Black Friday and were never placed on the GC website. They were an in-store deal only.
Tukwila sold theirs the week after Christmas IIRC. That's where I first saw one.
Also my guy at the Kirkland store says they never had one.
Right now I have a low number of KS10104451 and a high of KS10104697. This means there were at least 247 serial numbers allocated to the G5123B. But, quite often because of quality problems at least a few numbers won't see the light of day.
But we still need a bunck more data Bassaroos and Bassaretts.

I wonder if this information might be available from Gretsch directly. They may have a customer service email address.
I'll try to take a trip down to the GC in Brea, CA when I get the chance. If anyone lives in my area, please take the trip instead because I'm a busy college student. :/
I have a coupon sitting in my inbox for 15% off purchases of $299 or more and it SAYS Gretsch is excluded in the fine print, but I promise, they'll apply the coupon

A couple of us have contacted Gretsch/Fender, and they consider the number of these produced to be a 'closely guarded secret', hence this thread
Hmmm... That now gives us a range of 418 numbers?!
I have been told by employees at two different GCs that there was only one per store. One of those stores got one (mine) even though they were hoping for two and the other didn't get one at all.
Hopefully the next time the district manager comes through I can get more (better) info.
i found one, can anyone please tell me why these are so awesome. I have no experience with the Gretsch company. These things sure are purdy!
