I am certain this question has been asked before, as like many others, I have a Mike Pecanic Tailpiece on one of my uprights. It was one of the best things to happen to that bass, and it has helped prove a few theories I had about five string uprights in smaller sizes. It's time to convert another one of my basses, as I am definiteley into this new tuning I have been playing with, and will probably stick with it for the time I have left here on G*d's Green Earth.
Naturally I want another Pecanic, but he seems impossible to find, even after e-mailing a Fullerton.edu address I discovered here on another tthread. Does anyone have any clue at all as to how to get ahold of the master of compensated tailpieces for the 1/2 size bass?
