the body is original, the router mistake on the lower horn is correct. i'm not sure on the rest of it.
Is it possible this could actually be an early 1962 Fender Jazz? I just read in my Fender bass book that the date on the necks were written in the early stages of the build meaning that the entire instrument may not have been fully assembled/completed until several months later.
