Can anyone recommend a good splitter unit/pedal for recording?

I'm looking for a splitter unit to use during studio recording. It would be used for sending one signal to a mic'ed amp (guitar and sometimes bass) and one straight into my DAW for greater flexibility (amp sims and such). I have a Boss TU-2 pedal that I would use, but it's kind of iffy since it took some water damage on a gig.

Any recommendations for a unit that doesn't color the sound or change the output of the signal would be greatly appreciated!
