Can I Pair This Head and Cab Together?

I just purchased a Fender Rumble 4x10 cabinet to pair with my GK 700RB-II

700RB-II - 480watts at 4 ohms

Fender Rumble 4x10 - 500 watts at 4 ohms with 1000 watts power handling (what does that mean)

Will I have any issues pairing these two considering that they are so close to each other power wise?

Most likely means the cab can chew up 1000w briefly at 1 kHz before it overheats the speakers. In the context of bass playing that is meaningless!

Which means you must use your ears to moderate the eq and volume, that you may make bass frequencies which matter.

ok thanks for the replies i heard that gk amps are usually louder than rated and with the amp only being 20 watts less than the cab i just wanted to make sure i wouldnt run into any problems i recently blew a speaker in an acoustic cab that was 8 ohms at 400watts and the gk is 320watts at 8 ohms so im trying this cab as a replacement
