Can Somebody Help Me Design a Cab? Please :)

I applaud OP for trying it, but I wouldn't advise someone who has never driven a car to go out and drive 75mph on the interstate.

As much as you say it's not a speaker in a box, it's a speaker in a box with some math for designing it. Do some reading, get some math done, have an experienced adult nearby for the power tools part. It's a 115 cabinet, not rocket surgery.

I'm just saying, put things into perspective. At my job we train hard because if we screw up, lots of people could die very quickly. We take adherence to certain policies very seriously. Absolutely, carpentry can be similarly dangerous - but with proper supervision the design elements can be simplified enough to make simplified and workable results attainable, and the construction can absolutely be safely doable. Just respect the handguards, wear your goggles, and measure twice, cut once.

My first cab build was with a similarly low amount of experience, except with a leftover HiFi 10" driver and some particle board. Far from professional, but good clean fun.

Exactly. So its why i brought to his attention that the LFA needs alot of airspace. Otherwise its a very boomy speaker.
Its fine balance to obtain good power handling. Usually keep a cabinet on the small side for power handling and tradeoff is how it responds in small cabinet. Anything close to a common Butterworth alighnment dips into 4 to 4.2 cubic feet. Thats pretty much what eminence recommends for the thing.

Dimention wise realistically if he shoots for around 3.8 and keeps tuning towards the FS of the speaker it should be fine.

Otherwise the only other application that might help to get more power handling and not be boomy. Is to lower the cab volume but using a different alighnment. As mentioned these gets rather boomy with the LFA. So to cure the boom. Instead of using a small volume and tuning above FS. He could take a look at a extended bass shelf. Which as i mentioned should lower the volume compared to a butterworth. But it will tune below FS not above. And flatten out the response curve. And possible gain power handling
 
Kappa LFA doesnt work very well in small box. Its boomy.

I've only modelled that woofer, never actually used it, and imo it didn't model especially boomy. But it sounds like you've heard it, so I trust your opinion.
