I have one hanging across the room from me.

Looks like there's too little to it to be a Kahler.
Not seeing the cam where the bar screws into like a Kahler, also the strings are a "quick load" on those.
This looks like it strings go through the back of the bridge.

No clue what this is.

Yeah, Chris, I got to admit it was a SWAG (Silly Wild-Ass Guess) as it was hard to get a good visual from the posted images.

I wouldn't be surprized if he had it custom made along with the rest of the instrument and strings.

I don't know much about Manowar but I thought DeMaio used a heavily modified Rickenbacker back in those days.

Bought in late '70s with the bridge swap already done. Structurally unsound atm, needs attention (see right below the 2nd stamped "A" and northward).
