Probably. Potential data mining questions:
- When do you listen to music? (morning, at work, in the evening)
- How do you listen to music? (vinyl, CD, iPod)
- How do you feel about music streaming?
- Do you watch The Grammys every year?
- Which music awards show would you most like to attend?
- How would you describe your outift?
- What was your high school mascot?
- What was the make and model of your first car?
Really? Those are the questions? Yeah, that's a bogus bit of click bait. They probably ask you for your email, phone number, credit card, and mother's maiden name.

You do realize those are common security questions for forgotten password resetting? Now the quiz admin has that data, can create a statistical likelihood of each common answer received, and build an algorithm for cracking into various online portals, like banking, or remote office network access. P. T. Barnum would be proud.
Ended up with Nirvana as my favorite. Eh, I could live with that, they are definitely a band that I like a great deal.
I was goofing around and made two of those up. Guess which two?
Ha. Still, it isn't uncommon to include those questions in online "quiz/survey" questionnaires. Mother's maiden name, first pet's name, first car, street you grew up on, etc. After having seen a few quizzes with those questions, I figured out what was plausibly being done with the answers. Combine this with the clearly biased U2 answer results folks are getting here, and it's pretty clear that it's bait. You give them answers to various data mining questions, and they get a free survey, then spit out some unrelated answer that has a likelihood of applying to the general public, not unlike a cold read from a psychic. Then people repost the link for their friends to see, because it was "incredibly accurate" (Zep, U2, Beatles - of course those are the favorite bands of the average Joe, they've all sold trillions of records). Or people people respond that they're so rebellious and unpredictable that the quiz couldn't figure out that they love some obscure nu-metal jazz-core band that still hasn't released their first EP.

I got the All-American rejects. I have heard OF them...never heard their music. Not even close to Papa Lou Donaldson, with Dr. Lonnie Smith on organ.
