Hey @paul,

I haven't been able to access the TB store for a while now. I get "problem loading page" and the following:

"
Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Can this be sorted? Thanks!

Everything's working fine on this end according to sys logs... Are you running Firefox? Please try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, and it seems you'll also want to run a Malwarebytes anti-malware scan (The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading | Firefox Support Forum | Mozilla Support). Keep me informed -

Yes, using Firefox, but in Edge I get this message:
"
Hmmm...can’t reach this page
Try this

Details
The connection to the website was reset.

Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE"

Tried deleting cookies and cache and running the malwarebytes scan, still doing the same thing.

Thanks for bearing with me. Are you running any security software like Avast or BitDefender etc? Is there anything special about your connection, like using a vpn or proxy?

Sounds like something doesn’t like our certificate and is intercepting the packets of data :beaver:

It's possible. It occurs to me have a content filter program that might account for it. I'll check from work today and see if the library computers have the same problem, or if it's this particular laptop.
