I like cats as long as they stay the hell away from me.
A little while after petting one my eyes get itchy and start to water. If I don't go and wash up I turn into an ugly weasing, red eyed, nose dripping crack head zombie that will eat your cat.
I'm a cat person. Me and my girlfriend's cat is about 3 months old. He has tons of personality, Charlie the cat.
Once, one of my mom's cats came home with a huge gash in his leg. It looked like somebody shot the poor thing, but he was probably just fighting with the other tomcats. I knew he'd never heal up right, and he might have gotten an infection if I didn't do something to help him. He wouldn't let me touch him and tried to scratch and bite, a natural reaction. So I looked in my mom's cabinet and found an old bottle of some pain medicine she had from surgery a while back. I crushed up a very small piece of it and got some soft food at the store to mix it in. I used the wieght ratio I learned in nursing class that they use for small children to decide on a dose (I'm not reccommending anyone to do that, but long story short I know what I'm doing). Once he was sedated, I was able to clean his wound and put Neosporin on him, and bandage him up. I brought him food and water for a few days so he wouldn't get up, and changed his bandages from time to time. His huge wound soon healed right up and I'm proud of that
