Hmm it's been awhile. But if my ears aren't mistaken, its:

E.Level (3 o'clock), Rate (8 o'clock), Depth (Max), Lo-Filter (10 o'clock) and Hi-filter (Max)

Oh yeah btw, I posted a thread with the Humphrey Bad Monkey sampled that you sold me Cheers mate
