Narrow ceramic bars are readily available, if you tried their pickup and didn't like it you could likely swap to ceramics pretty painlessly.

You'd also need to exchange the pole pieces for steel. Might not be worth it unless OP has a lot of spare time.

Neo is still a rarity with pickup manufacturers, and enough of a marketing gimmick that if a pickup does use neo, it will be a banner across the web page.
