Wow, that's pretty stable. A chunky neck 5 string ovangkol bolt on Warwick from 2000 will probably do that as well, makes my 98 jazz with posiflex graphite rods feel like an unreinforced MIM in comparison. But several times over budget in this thread.+1. The one I owned felt like a fire axe. I've laos owned a Cort GB74 and a Yamaha BB424X, and both of those had solid necks. With the Cort especially, I was able to remove three strings and the fourth would still be at the correct pitch and action. A lot of basses I've owned with less stable necks would have fretted out long before.
