Cheap envelope filters: Mooer or Sonicake?

I'm looking into a new envelope follower. I'll never use it a lot so I'd like it to be cheap.

I've tried the Mooer Envelope and the Donner. Didn't like the Donner at all, but the Mooer wasn't bad.

I'm also trying a Zoom single pedal multi FX. It way more complicated than I want.

I've ordered the Sonicake CryBot but not tried it. Any thoughts?

How reliable are these cheap Chinese P's OS?

Thanks.

I've got the Mooer Bass Sweeper and the Sonicake Cry Bot. They are both excellent IMHO. The Bass Sweeper is full of quirky goodness. Takes a little bit of tweaking to get exactly what I want in clean mode, but the added fuzz makes it worth it.

The Sonicake sounds really good to me. I haven't put a lot of time in on it yet but I've found it to be pretty close to my Digitech Bass Synth Wah in envelope mode. And for that price?

YMMV, however.

The Sweeper is a take on the EHX Bassballs which does a couple of things GREAT. I like it. Changing taste is the reason it sits around, but I've still got it.

The CryBot? I wasn't crazy about it at first. At all. But I spent some time with it, and it's pretty dang versatile. It responds well to hotter pickups and pick playing, ime. Yet to find a decent fingerstyle tone, but I think that's a me problem lol.

Want cheap? Try the Flamma Envelope. I bought one for $30. Works great. I do have a MXR Bass Envelope coming soon though.
99% sure that the Flamma envelope is the same pedal as the Mooer Envelope. I listened couple of demos on Youtube when I was hunting for one and they do sound very similar (same controls, both chinese). That said, love my mooer envelope. Very organic sounding.
