Er, no he didn't. Syciprider copied it from HCFX / TGP or wherever he found it to make fun of the guy ... who isn't a member here.
compensation no doubt. maybe he could save some money from all those pedals and buy a decent amp and a decent guitar or two. waste of time
Uhh...you might notice that Toasted has been skulking around here long enough to know what to expect on TB.
Although I do enjoy taking shots at idiots when they present an easy target, Toasted does make a valid point.
I don't want to rag on the guy, but after listening to his music on myspace it sounds like he's tone deaf.

. I do understand what you are saying, I also understand that there is a smidgen of envy lying somewhere in the cracks of most of the pot shots taken at this guy, maybe not for those particular pedals, guitars, or amps, but for that much gear in general.
I, for one am jaded from watching guys like this take forever to set up rigs like this with guitar stands that hold a different guitar for every song at shows in small hole in the wall clubs only to make completely indistinguishable racket and throw off every other bands set time / set list in the process, but that is just me.

You have to give him credit though, it is a very neat layout. I put three pedals togeather and it looks like a rat's nest.

"Er...?" Dude, I'm not getting that bit of attitude. As if all of us knew! Anyway it's on the site, so it made the funny list. It wasn't nice maybe to put it up- but no matter where it was, it was pretty funny.
He'll be allright, I think.

The dude needs a setup like JMJ...
Each pedal is in its own bypass loop - no tone suck. The great amps at the end of the chain don't hurt either.
Then again, JMJ probably has a bit more disposable income.
WOW. i really like JMJ a lot, and I think he's a great player and uses FX in a great way. But, I do question some of his choices on some of those pedals. If he's got 100 basses, he could at least get some decent boutique effects (i'm talking about the board without the moogs). All IMO of course, and no i'm not raggin on him, he's one of my influences.
If you look at the board he's got a Woolly Mammoth, a Tonebone something, some EHX...those last 2 aren't really boutique but he's got good brands on there. Depends what you consider good though. :\
I'd like to just add to this sidebar: It got comments- if someone meant to set him up for ridicule, well it's on them, no one else...

yeah he's also got a lot of boss, guyatone, and mxr pedals as well. again, i'm not saying they're bad, some are decent, but you'd think with him being such a big pedal nut and all, that he would wanna get deep into the boutique thing.
