Those pictures were taken in around April 2010 - the dreadlocks got a lot longer (shoulder length) by the time January 2011 came round. That's when I had them shaved off for charity. Luckily my hair grows insanely fast, and is a long mohawk tied back in a "pony tail" now!

Awesome. My wife did the same thing a couple of years ago. Her hair was mid-way down her back at the time, and she had it all cut off and donated to charity to make wigs for kids with cancer.

I think it's great for people to donate like you did!
God took my hair, and left me no say in the matter, unfortunately.
...so it's not an option for me.
