So, I tend to get frustrated, irked, irritated and otherwise fed up with idiots be it work environment, driving down the road or, trying to play with other musicians that generally can be a pain in thee buttocks for a myriad of reasons. Though I internalize my frustrations (usually) I go through my vocabulary searching for the proper descriptor to classify such numb skulls.
Other words that come to mind in times of need are...

Jack Ass
Moron
