I can either stay in and enjoy some ales, avoiding the -15c weather and crummy driving, or, load up the Nitro and hit shinny hockey @ 11.15 for some fun and exercise....

Also, some of the guys on my men's league team drink beer while they play. It doesn't seem to slow them down.
