Choices for pre-amp / personal IEM unit?

The current model (Deluxe) has a stereo aux in and stereo headphone out.
The OCSD is isolated.

Cool. I’m thinking of a similar ‘more me’ solution. Can you expound on the cross talk issue and are how/if you’re dealing with it?

It’s only if you set the internal jumper to the -15dB position, you then find a low level of Aux In bleeding into the outputs. We noticed it in recording but lived with it, probably not a big issue live.
