Fretted/Fretless - Pretty simple, nothing changes but the frets appear / disappear. If you want different finishes on the fretboard, you can have them. (Epoxy on the fretless, etc.)

Someone needs to figure this one out.

And theres one part of Florida that has 'hills' /elevation... the area around Bok Tower...you can see Bok Tower from my back yard. There are actually HILLS around this immediate area!!!! And I was walking up one of them in my neighborhood with that monster in hand last night. LOL

I'd have to say string count. i'd love to be able to go from a 4 to a 5 to a 6 to a 4, etc.

that and the hipshot detuner is kind of like the tuning option, and the fretted/fretless has been done.

Stacked compensated volume control (remember, this doesn't actually exist, so don't get all technical on me with your questions).

The stacked compensated volume control includes the conventional bass guitar volume control but adds a second volume control that turns down the guitars. It is considered "compensated" because it simultaneously increases the sensitivity of the ears of the guitar players so that they don't know that anyone just turned down their guitars.
