Hmm, ok... I'll make it less personal but still think about this. A man died and some of us here just feed of it to boost their egos. Easily some of us could have just stayed out of it, as an decent person should do when something like this happens, but no, we had to come in here with this garbage, for what? To make you feel better about yourself? Imagine this now, in a little bit, this quiets down and his son will go on internet to check out some things about his dad, and he will see this, bunch of people calling his dad a scumbag and comparing the bad things his father did to murder. Good work guys. Way to go, I hope you guys feel oh so great about yourselves and things you've done. You are so much better then Chris Henry ever could be.

Chris Henry is a murderer? News to me, please go on.

I will say it again - very lame and sick.

When did I say he was a murderer? I was stating that using that way of THINKING the two equal the same crime according to Jauqo. Nobody is trying to boost egos. Oh wah wah wah, so we have to protect his kids from finding out what scum his dad was? Why don't you explain it to the poor girl that was taken advantage of by him? We should hide what he did because he has kids? Just because its your dad doesn't mean that he is a saint. You are right. Most of the people on this board ARE better than Chris Henry could ever be. Because they have at least some morals and aren't idiots like Chris was.

I hope that someone in his son's life will explain how truly useless discourse like this is and he'll ignore it.

I look back to page one of this remedial debate class and really want a do-over in ever being involved in it. It's like arguing the death penalty with someone consumed with bloodlust. The back and forth gets them off as much as the state killing someone.

lol what? We're on the death penalty now?

We agree. While they could've just as easily said oh well and moved on in reference to someone they ultimately didn't care about... instead it's business as usual.

I didn't know the guy and as a rational adult understand that, knowing everything about another individual is impossible, just being garden variety judgmental about him requires practically no thought.

He's a bad man and the world's a better place. Because they're still here.

No doubt. At least they have an outlet here... for the time being.

Why don't you explain it to the poor girl that was taken advantage of by him?

The poor girl who later had charges files against her for false police report?

From page 2:

"On April 29, Henry allowed three underage females to consume alcohol at a hotel in Covington, Kentucky.[19] One of the three, an 18-year-old woman, accused Henry of sexually assaulting her; she later retracted her story and was charged with filing a false police report.[20] On January 25, 2007, Henry pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor violation of a city ordinance commonly referred to as a "keg law." He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with all but two of those days being suspended.[19]""

As for rest of your comments, i think everyone pretty much know how i feel about it. Was he a great man? Far from it. Should we have decency enough to not comment on it after the man is dead? I believe so. Do we? Apparently not.

Murder, well, maybe i misunderstood you, i apologize. It very much sounded to me that you are comparing actions of Chris Hanry to murder in this comment:

"But to the magnitude that Chris Henry did? The way you talk, it's like clumping murder in with going 5 over the speed limit."
