At the Spirit of Music camp at Wooten Woods we got a surprise visit from my friend Chuck Rainey! I’ve known Chuck for many years and is always a pleasure when I see him and catch up. I can’t wait to read his new autobiography!

Got a chance to meet Chuck at the 1990 NAMM. He was so generous w/ his time and couldn't have been more friendly. Class act and a great talent. Actually wrote his home phone # down on his business card and told me to call if I was ever coming thru Texas. Wish I had that card and would have asked him to sign it!

That’s incredible! Chuck Rainey is one of my all-time favorites. I still have the first three of his instructional books. I didn’t know he had an autobiography out. I’ll have to check it out.
