I don't know where you guys are buying cigars then![]()
$20 for a stick is a rip off, I don't care how good the smoke is.
I have to disagree, you get what you pay for...
Yes, some cigars are overpriced, like Cohiba and some montechristo, but things like a Bolivar Belicoso fino, or a partagas P2 or D4 are in the 20$ range and are classic very nice cigars.
I still have not smoked a Dominican, or Hondurian cigar that compares to those.
I do agree there is a time and a place for everything though!
When i was in argentina i bought a bunch of argentinian cigars for 2$ a piece and they were very smokable.
It also comes down to what you like! I find most non cubans very week, even the full bodied ones!
I would rather smoke one very nice cigar than two or three average ones.
To hell with the smelly cigar. Just give me an unlimited suppy of tall IPAs and I'm in heaven!... tall IPA in hand...
I enjoy a pipe with a nice Dunhill blend more though.
