Last time we got together I was having a lot of health problems, and I ended up selling everything, getting lighter and shorter....

I've been through a LOT in that time period, but the good news is I'm on my way back to full health, so I'll be bringing my new(used) Lakland 55-02

Some of you guys can school me in how it's supposed to sound. :)

HEY, I know RedsFan75 from wa-a-y-y back on Harmony Central. Traded me some great EMG single-coils for a Strat project. That project eventually funded my new fEarful sub! Best of karma to ya--get well!

so the 19th is almost officially over... It looks like saturday april 30th will be the day! mark your calendars! well maybe mark them... now we need a location. Bob, could you contact the people who own that space and see if for a nominal fee we could use it for a day? In the meantime, can everybody else brain storm on a second location? Let's make this happen! :)

Just read a post on bassgear.com about the Cincy guitar show. Looks like Luthier's Access Group will be there. I haven't been in years, but that is where I met Matt Friedman of Acacia.

Has anyone been lately? Worth going? I may take my basses down and see what happens.

Is this the one that is usually at the Sharonville Convention Center?

I went to the same show (same promoter) a couple of years ago. It was also at the KI location and I was less than impressed, but mostly because I couldn't get there until about 45 minutes before the end.
I specifically asked the young girl taking the entry fee if all the vendors were still there; not my first small guitar show, and was assured they would all be there until the end.
I paid the entry fee for myself and my wife and found that there were only a few vendors that had NOT packed up their stuff already, about a third of them were already loaded out.
No refund.
I would suggest going early...

Anybody know if there is a "where" for GTG yet?
