Classified FAQ is impossible to find

Hi. Please can you point me in the direction of the Classifieds FAQ? It used to be at the top of the Classified but there is no sign of it now. Thanks.

Also, as you likely noticed it is not at the top of the entire classifieds, but you will see a banner at the top of each classified forum with a link to the FAQ, as shown in this screenshot.......
