Double Bass clip on tuners

I like the snark. I find that I only use it to check the intonation in thumb position so not getting a low e is fine.
Fretwell sells quite a few tuners but he recommended the Intellitouch PT10 along with the eNote for basses. I tried both and got the PT10. On the pegbox, it works pretty well but sometimes (I think this is when the battery was low) it's uncooperative.
It never occurred to me to try it on the bridge! I just did, and all strings were picked up easily. Might be my new spot.
