Clip on tuners??

They work great. Perfect for green room tune up and studio work where you don't want a tuner in your signal chain. I like the Snark just fine but do some shopping for features that may mean something to you.

I bought a Joyo off of Ebay for $4, just as kind of a joke and was incredibly surprised how great it works. It is a great tuner that I can keep on my bench instead of running up and downstairs to my strobe. These are great, and cheap, you'll be happy if you get one

I have several snark clip on tuners, one in my bands practice studio, one in my home studio, one in my classical guitar case, one in my acoustic case, on with my viola/cello and one on my Les Paul. They are great tuners, I don't use them live with my bands, that's what my rack tuner is for. But I really like them for studio and practice use, very reliable.

The Snarks work great on electric and especially upright bass. Perfectly fine for the stage, and I've used it in the studio, but it's not as accurate as a Peterson and I do have to fine tune by ear when using it in the studio.

Overall, though, I like the Snarks enough to have 2 or 3 around all the time.

I have a Seiko. Works fine.

I have the red Snark tuner, and it works great. Have found it to be very accurate. It has the mic option on it, but most of the time I use the vibration setting. I can tune with other noise going on, even tune unplugged. It does have trouble picking up low B.
