I mean in all fairness, I don't think one bad story versus the thousands of good ones should make someone not buy an instrument from a builder. But if Jimmy fumbles on taking care of it, that's a different story. I've owned 3 FANTASTIC ACs. I'm having problems with one of them, and due to how backed up Jimmy is, I have to wait a LONG TIME. His quality has always been nothing but top notch IME, but statistically a bad one has to come out every now and then. I'm just surprised he let this one out of the shop to be honest....
Agreed. Mitch can attest to the quality of my most recent AC. It's a work of art and fit and finish is perfect.
Inevitably, bad stuff happens every once in a while with every manufacturer -- I'm sure Jimmy will resolve whatever is going on.
