Club Bordwell Part 4

Wanted to share some photos of my new CB Dola , Alder body , 32 scale ( The B string along with all the others are amazing ! ) oval modern neck with Pao Ferro flat radius fret board , Nordstrand Big Rigs with series and parallel toggle's , Nordstrand 3 band active/passive with passive tone control pre amp. This is really a fantastic bass , Cliff you did it again !

That looks really nice! I came very close to going with a 32" scale on my Bordwell build...

The nice thing about having the 32 / 6 with the B is that if you wanted to go the EADGCF route you could without having to do anything but change the strings and with the string thru option you can use regular strings as you would on say a 34" scale bass.

I have a few different ideas for build configurations that I think would be great for recording "guitar" parts when multi-tracking. I've already experimented a bit with some really cheap "test" instruments.

Your piccolo bass looks much nicer than my Dr Frankenstein experiment bass. Cliff would certainly build something exceptional.
