Ok, I want to play too... When, not if, I am drawn for the Dream Bass, I would love the following VF6... It's cool & not too fancy. Although I may want to request 24 frets. The thing is, I don't think it would come to $7K, so maybe I'd save F Bass some money if they drew my name... lol

Edit: Oh, I know! With the difference between $7,000 and the cost of this bass... With the remaining funds, they can fly Alain Caron to my city to give me a series of private master classes. :)

Oleg....If you purchase any used, new or custom bass between Jan 01/2013 and paid in full before October 31/2013 ...your name will be entered into a draw to win $7000 towards your next FBass purchase.
See Fbass for futher details

I would go for something unique which I think FBass never built. A hybrid P + MM pickups in a VF5 package. If I am not mistaken they did something similiar for Fretspot years ago but with J + MM configuration. And for the color I would have to check with them for a aged-distressed look to be created.

I keep looking back...its a tough call...I went black with mine...but Im with a Madagascar RW Fb...either way its about the sound and playability...Good luck...Cant go wrong either way!!!
what I really like the look of is the: mineral streaked Maple boards...very cool!!!

Hmm, just realized something while going through the Build A Bass feature on the F Bass website. Chrome is the standard hardware offered. Black or Gold hardware are $85 upgrades. Since I'm probably gonna be scraping by, with what is already included, I guess Chrome will be my hardware.
