Which brings up....what is a good or a preferred site to post clips?

iComposition is free and painless for both uploading and listening. That's the site I used prior to the high quality video recorders like the Q3 coming out. Now, it is Youtube for me. Amazing how high quality the sound is (and video in good light) of the Youtube clips recorded with these relatively new audio/video recorders.

Hey guys, my band Spillway finally got the new website up. Don't ask me about Google and Go Daddy to get our web address moved! Ugh!

Anyway, here are two tracks that were both recorded with my NYC Vintage 4 (alder, maple, single coils) into an Avalon U5. First time in the studio for me in many, many years.

From the "small world" category: NOLA, I play with two guys who played with Geoff at JMU... I've hung out with him a few times, and it's been too long since I've seen him.
Hope to hear you guys in person some day. :D

Ha! I will add to the small world. My sister in law starts nursing school at JMU in the Fall!

Here you go Vic. I need a Tripod to keep the camera still but you can see the BE in the board.
Ehhh, there's something more going on here. One last thing before we go to PMs or maybe just wait for a GTG... for macro mode, you have to make sure you have the lens in full wide angle (not zoomed in at all). Here's a shot I just took of my Metro PJ5's board with a cheap little Samsung SL30 in macro mode... no special lighting, hand held, just snapped it...

Mike,
Also on my camera I press the shutter button down part way to let the camera focus before pressing it EASILY the rest of the way. If you look in the preview screen you can see the camera adjusting - THEN click. FWIW the pic of my f bd on page 1 is in regular mode but it focused more on the weave of the background. Should have reshot I guess.
