Fun stuff. I forgot to mention earlier that I also ordered/got two sets of the bright nickel (blue) strings. I'm probably gonna' go with a set on the PJ first, but I might also put a set on a 60's spec bass I have. Lookin' forward to it based on what I've heard about these strings so far.

Hey Vic, I also just got some Blue Bright Nickels to put on my single coil JJ. I have the Black Nickels on there now but I'm very curious to hear the difference. I want to get some flats to put on my 66 jazz but they are out of stock.

I don't think that the number of Sadowsky basses should prime numbers. There is just something wrong with prime numbers you know? Gotta have 4,6,8...

Hey I've got a question, if I have a Sadowsky outboard pedal then that means that all my basses can be a Sadowsky, right. Well I guess wannabes anyway.

they are moving to Long Island City (south of Astoria).

From Grand Central Station you can take the 7 train to Queensboro Plaza and the shop is a 5 minute walk from there.

Only one wife, though, and that may be pressing it if I don't sell that Lakland soon to finance the latest Sad.

I'm in a similar boat. I have three kids and they all call dibs on my new basses when I get them!

The good news is, I have four Sadowskys. So hopefully, I'll always have one left for myself!

This just showed up at my office. I am pretty excited about it. I am happy to have it. Not sure why the seller was selling. Maybe because it is missing a string?

I do have a recently renewed affection for the four string. So, I imagine this is going to be a lot of fun.

I definitely will be parting with the pearl PG. Anyone out there that wants it, drop me a PM. If you have a tort like it for trade, that would be even better. Nothing like the LPG/Tort combo in my book.

Anyway, more later once it goes through the paces.

Not a fan of LPB/tort... I'd prefer any flavor of black or white, or even gold anodized (not sure if that's possible). But hey, not my bass!
