That one was on there a month ago, it's a great looking bass... if it had blocks, binding and was a 4 string it would be perfect!

Purple metallic / flakey finish
Mahogany body
Ebony fingerboard
D-tuner
Purple leds, except for the dots on the 12th, which will be white leds. So 'wrong' it gets good

I originally ordered gold hardware, but I'm sitting on the fence 'cause of the white leds. I don't know if it will be a good combination...

Haha. I saw yours just when I began to forget about the wait time for mine! Congrats with yours, though! Soon, there will be at least 2 purple Sadowsky basses in the club!

It was our first gig with the new drummer and he did just fine so we were all very happy. When I play with the orchestra or other combos from my conservatory I also have a lot of fun, but it's not a 'rock' thing and I usually have to read the music, which means that I have to be more static.
Whereas I spent my TB-free weekend gigging in Hudson, Québec, where my Sadowsky got her first ding.
The stage was epic-style small, and I was right up against a brick wall. I turned to... Actually, don't remember, but I whacked the headstock against the corner where the bricks turned into a window frame. It's the world's teensiest ding, as in bloody unnoticeable, but it's still there.
Which incidentally removes the stress. Now I can play her without the whole protection aspect gnawing at the back of my mind.

I have neck edge lights on all of my Sadowsky's but no face dots on the front of the fingerboard. Would be glad to shoot you some pic's if that would help.
