This is the kind of attention to detail that I live in this guys' work. I can't stand it when I see a very nice bass on the front and then I turn it around to find out poorly matched pieces of wood, even if it makes no difference to the tone.
Unfortunately they do not sell black hardware for the Metros, that's reserved for the NYCs.

sweet top, and I love the option of the accent lines...more classy IMO.
On certain tops, we require an accent line for structural support of the top:
spalted maple and all burls (buckeye, maple, amboyna, redwood, etc)
On all other tops, it is an option.

Just got done playing my 09 Sadowsky P Bass for the last 2 hours here at home. I love to get up early and practice , played to a bunch of great Cd,s but for the last hour just played along with John Mayers latest Cd with Sean Hurley on bass . He is a great player and the lines on that disk are great and fun to learn , simple and tasty . Love my Sad P bass , just saying.
