Club Sadowsky!!!

It'll look very much like the bass below. But I'm spec'ing a solid ash body, single coils, and the narrow nut width.

Love that form-factor:

This really sucks. I'm starting to jones REALLY bad for my new build, and it's still at least 6 weeks away.
And I know what you mean - the last 6 weeks seem the hardest. So close, yet so far. :crying: Hang in there.

slight derail, yet still Sadowsky related...

I'll just drop a tidbit here now since some of you are in a different time zone. :D I'll divulge more later.

But, my idiot :p coworker dropped my name over the weekend to someone who is specifically looking for a female bass player.

yada, yada, yada....I'm entertaining the idea and setting up a meet.

So. My Sadowsky may get some gigging time this year...:hyper:

Later people.......trying to cook dinner and I think I burned it. (I really hate cooking)

It's gonna' be great!

In the little texting that has transpired today. The drummer thinks I am perfect. The band is a 7-piece called Network 7. But so far, that's all I know. I'm not opposed to gigging but I have always looked at my playing as a hobby and I enjoy that.

Taking to a new level is foreign - 100% foreign. Funny, I am slightly excited about it. Not afraid. Feels odd. Hoping to get the chance to at least audition.

Edit: now for the problem if this comes to life.....I don't have gear that is portable. :rollno:

Get after it Bluesy. You will have the time of your life.

Oh I will. I'm all over it. They have a studio to practice in from what I understand. Is about 15-20 miles away but that's not too bad.

This from a former SoCal native. In and out burger!!! The heck w cooking

It's no secret that I hate cooking. I didn't burn dinner btw. Turned out okay. I'm surprised. :p

I could go for a burger!

Bluesy, you're gonna love it, and it can stay at hobby status, just a way more fun level of it. That's the way I look at my music stuff. It's not what I do to pay the bills, it's the release from what I do to pay the bills!
