hmm... I don't know about this, I haven't seen any Sadowsky's with a skunk stripe. The headstock looks suspect.
 
Regarding the old bass #195:

OK.....I have to guess about this bass.

195 is before I kept good records....this would place the bass somewhere in the early 80's. I did use some DiMarzio bodies back then. Stu Spector was making them for Dimarzio. The neck looks original, except I have no memory of this headstock shape. It looks like the "missing link"---a transition between a Fender headstock and the Sadowsky. The early neck blanks I used were also made for me by Stu and they did have a skunk stripe.

The electronics have all been replaced, but they are Sadowsky electronics.

The decal looks correct.

This pickguard assembly is new.

So I would guess it is an original Sadowsky but it has had work done on it over the last 30 years.
