it's what bass sounds like to me, and I find myself comparing everything else to it.

I have zero hum on my big singles - the guy who installed them for me is gifted in the shielding department - I was really surprised that he pulled this off.

We have now deepened the neck pockets on our standard style basses, so the string to body distance is the same on a standard style as it is on a vintage style with a pickguard.

Who did you get it from. Another TB'r?
There is one Sadowsky 5 I owned that looked exactly like that one, that was my all time #1 baddest I personally owned.
Maybe even better than my beloved WL.

Im sure I found it here on TB can't remember if I got it in trade or bought it out right. I added vtc and at some point sold it to a friend locally. just got it back and have some Sadowsky single coils on the way never got to try sc's on this wood combo:bassist: serial is M394 if that was your bass
