Club Sadowsky!!!

I have a strange clicking problem with my old Sadowsky split Jazzbass pickups.
When my fingers touch the pole pieces of bottom part (4of 8) of both pickups there is a litlle hum...
So when i play i hear a clicking pop sound. That does not do that with other pickups that i had tested.
Bridge is grounded

- I saw this yesterday and waited until today to revisit it, and, although I almost can, I just can't fully get the connection.
I've heard of people hearing colors, but tasting them? I never have!
