Sort of dreaming aloud. I like the Satin Series and they come at more affordable prices. I’d probably go with the 5/24 configuration.

Anyway, I like their green finishes. In particular, Sage and Olive. An informal poll to Sadowsky fans: Sage or Olive?

In a perfect world, I’d love one of each finish, but that’s not my reality today.

Congrats, @gustobassman! Can't say I'll ever be in this position, but I would ask how much the airline is responsible for, when damages occur from check-in to arrival...

... what's your transportation situation, during the time you're touring. I'm sure you have your equipment insured, as well, so I would think there's a lot more going into this decision other than the concern with how the airline handles your luggage.

If it was me, and it was stowed... hard case. If you can check it...

Thanks for the advice Roger! I actually got insurance about a week ago through Clarion. I was happy with their coverage and the lady who helped me was very nice as well. Leaves me feeling a lot better about traveling with my Sadowsky bass!
