Guys, I can't even wrap my brain around this right now. Still trying to get ready for NAMM.

Is there a name for the anxiety you feel when you're planning to play a gig on a bass that isn't a sadowsky? I need a PJ for my next gig, and that means my EBMM Caprice is getting the call. Don't get me wrong, its an amazing bass, but it's been so many years since I've played a gig on anything other than a Sadowsky or a vintage Fender ... I'm nervous! I'll have my preamp pedal as a security blanket. Its been so long since I've had a sound team say anything other than "wow, sounds great" during the minute of soundcheck we spend on bass, I don't want to go back there!!
Maybe I'll put my RV5 in my bag, just in case.

Yes, the most common being PTSD...
... Please Tell Sadowsky to Deliver my bass, prior to the gig...

I only wish Sadowsky would make a 6 string... then, no need for me to play any other brands![]()

Congratulations, Chef! Gorgeous bass. Fingerboard is Amazon Rosewood. We don't use Indian.View attachment 3283041 New to me 2015 NYC alder/burled maple and Indian rosewood.
Ooh! I was planning a Satin Series 5/24, but I just might lean more toward a custom Sadowsky if a 6-string became an option.I only wish Sadowsky would make a 6 string... then, no need for me to play any other brands![]()
