CyanoAcrylate (technical name for various "superglues"). It can be hard on some plastics.

When you say "outside protective sleeve," are you referring to the neck binding?

I was just answering your CA question. Marilio is the one that mentioned the sleeve. I assume he meant the black plastic sleeve/tube often used with luminlays to offer visual contrast especially like in maple fingerboards. I'm not sure if they serve any other purpose, but I'll let him officially answer this, since it was his comment.

Love that Surf Green Verdine, I have a Surf Green Reimer with a Sadowsky Pre amp that is my main go-to Bass. Although my Sadowsky JJ is getting more playing lately as my wife has been playing keys in one of my projects and I find the Jazz is starting to be my preferred bass for that project.

My phone makes it look bluer than it is. Satin surf Green Verdine. Sounds so good too.

I am hoping to get some advice from the Sadowsky elders. I have a Sadowsky and it's the only one I've ever played. It has in my hand a very beefy neck, similar to the "63" profile that fender is using on their professional series. Much bigger than the old "modern C" of the Am Standards, so it's uncomfortable to play. I am wondering if this is normal for Sadowsky necks? Has anyone ever had a Sadowsky maybe have a neck shaved down? Thanks.
