Nope, I've two previous custom builds, the first for my no 6 yo boy and the second for my twin boy and girl who are turning five... Pearson would be a whole lot to put at the 12th fretDoes the second twin get an inlay also?

I would also like to thank Mr. @Sadowsky for making the 24fret 5 string available in vintage style. I remember a time, nearly 20 years ago now, that the Modern model in vintage style was not available. Sometimes you luck out, ask and you may receive! 
I used to like 24 these days it doesnt much matter to me, I can just use harmonics if I really need those notes

I used to own one of these, my 1st Sadowsky in fact.
A really amazing bass, wish I hadn’t sold it.
First gig report: Sadowsky MetroExpress 5, Ash/Maple.
First off, this bass is around 8lbs. So I experienced a degree of neck dive initially. I changed to a thicker/stickier leather strap and tried it at home and on the first gig last night. This strap did help. But I noticed the weight of the neck/headstock on my left shoulder. My other bass is maybe 1.5 lbs heavier but balances more evenly. It was a little disconcerting at first since I have not played or owned basses with Neck dive. I don't mean to over state this since it wasn't horrible. Just 'noticeable'.
Today I installed Dunlop Straplocks that have a longer strap-button-post on the upper horn. That helped a little more. That helped even more and I mostly forgot about the neck weight pulling down slightly on my left shoulder, yet I still noticed it a bit. Maybe I need a spacer between the strap button and the body to elongate the upper star button a little more? Not sure. Don't get me wrong, its not horrible, but I have never owned a bass where the headstock weight of the neck pulled it down a little more horizontal. Just being honest. Maybe there is such a thing as a bass body that is 'too light?'
Sound?
Wow! The Sadowsky sound is legendary and it truly is sonic magic in the mix. It was like adding some P Bass depth and punch to a Jazz bass sound, but retaining the articulation of a great Jazz bass. There is authority to each note and the bass is very touch responsive to right hand placement and technique. Sustain is excellent and all notes up and down the neck are rich with nice texture. I played a bit with the blend knob to favor bridge or neck PU and I was very impressed with the dynamic range.
I am extremely impressed with the "Sadowsky Sound." I feel like I've seen the light. LOL
I was going to name this bass "Sadie" (Not too originally) but "Thor", (the Hammer of God) also comes to mind. LOL More to come.

I have more gigs coming up this weekend where I get my best sound and where I truly be able to embrace all that the bass has to offer.

I got quite a lot of basses, but when it comes to a working/live gig, Sadowsky is always my "go-to" because of the "Sadowsky Sound", just cant't come back
Just did a TV show with my White 24 Frets Soapbar...Amazing!
You can always get a slightly heavier model if that gets you to your balance sweet spot!
I loaded my car with the new Sadowsky ME 5 and my best bass rig; Bergantino Reference 210/HDN 112 stack/Mesa WD-800. I brought two other basses; Nordstrand Nordy VJ5 & MM Stingray Special 5H for a real-world gig test! Got a call on my way to the gig that it was being canceled because of rain and lightning that was threatening. Oh well. Sigh
So I did the next best thing; I set-up my bass rig at home and did an A-B-C Comparison. In short, WHAT!?$! ... in the world took me so long to get a Sadowsky?!?!!Oh-MY-Goodness!! To think I was worried about stainless strings and the bass being too bright? Roger, you are a Genius kind sir!
The three basses are really very different. I've been gigging my Nordstrand VJ5 for over 10 years (and I gig a lot) Tonight for the first time ever, it sounded a bit mid-rangey. LOL It's a GREAT bass. Don't get me wrong. But this Sadowsky has tone tone tone for days!
One more thing: Two Words come to mind as I am overwhelmed with the sound and punch of this bass: "Gateway Drug" LOL
(It makes me want to collect the whole set ...as they say) Oh boy. I am screwed.

I've had a similar experience with a light weight Sadowsky. I had a NYC WL5 that was 8lbs. That bass hurt my shoulder more than than my 9.5lbs basses do. For tone and comfort, for me 9.5lbs is the preferred weight.
Just for reference, my 8.1 lb ME RV4, balances perfectly. Possibly the heavier neck of the 5 string and the extra machine head, are causing the dive. Just guessing, but I'd think a 5 string between 8.5 and 9 lbs would more than likely balance much better than one that was 8 lbs or lighter. But I'd guess that every bass will have it's individual balance affected by the wood density comprising it's individual parts.
I have a Will Lee NYC 5 string at 8.3lbs, no neck dive, balances perfectly.
